EcoSoft carpet tiles from Carpets Inter were supplied by Above Left to the new T2 corporate offices in Melbourne.
By choosing EcoSoft, T2 was able to recycle 43,500 PET bottles that would have otherwise ended up in landfill or the ocean. EcoSoft carpet tiles also aligned well with the tea company’s sustainability goals for their new offices.
Designed by Unispace, the new office fits T2’s brief for a space that would help reduce their footprint and always be as sustainable and environment-friendly as possible. Sustainability was the primary focus in all aspects of the build and sourcing sustainable materials was considered at every design decision, said T2 facilities manager Jan-Phillip, adding that EcoSoft’s solution ticked all the boxes.
Above Left, the Australian distributor of Carpets Inter EcoSoft has been supplying the product to Australian businesses for over 17 years. The Sustainability Award received in 2019 for Waste Elimination was recognition of EcoSoft’s enormous contribution to the diversion of waste/ plastic bottles.
