The iconic Golf House address in Surry Hills, Sydney is now home to luxury residences that epitomise architectural design excellence in an urban environment.
Designed by Peter Israel of PTI Architecture in collaboration with Collette Dinnigan, and built by Aspen Builders, the multi-storeyed building offers 45 light-filled apartments across eight floors, each residence featuring floor to ceiling window panelling and doors opening onto spacious balconies.
The architects sought a sun-shading solution that complemented the elegant design of the building and could be operated independently by the occupants of each residence.
Shade Factor supplied Warema E80 A2 S external venetian blinds featuring 80mm rolled-edge blades for good wind stability and longevity. Fully retractable and tilting in design to modulate light, the blinds featured slats in W7329 Dark Bronze colour.
The blinds are operated using the Warema WMS wireless control system with wind sensor.
