The Northern Territory-based company will supply the Government with 9000 sqm of office space, the 20-storey tower block to lead the redevelopment of the Paspaley building which is part of Smith Street Mall, in central Darwin.

To be called the Charles Darwin Centre, it will include office, commercial and retail space. It is being designed to achieve a five-star Nabers green rating.

NT Chief Minister Paul Henderson named the winner of the tender process, and he said that keeping the old facade "would maintain a link with Darwin's past, while heralding its exciting future".
