This project's ambitious vision involved the installation of large-span window walls and internal stacking doors at All Saints Anglican College in Merrimac, in sunny Queensland.
However, the challenge was no small feat – successfully incorporating very tall windows with larger mullion spans.
Fabricators Glass In Paradise rose to this challenge with the introduction of the Alspec ecoWALL 225 framing system. This framing system proved to be the perfect canvas for the large-span window walls, allowing for expansive views while maintaining the building's integrity.
Furthermore, Glass In Paradise implemented the Hawkesbury top-hung sliders for the internal stacking doors. This choice not only added a touch of elegance to the design but also ensured the seamless functionality of these doors. The sliders, known for their smooth operation and space-saving attributes, contributed to the overall success of the project.
Glass In Paradise's role in this project underscores the importance of skilled fabricators in shaping the built environment. Through their innovative solutions, they have not only met the challenge at hand but also set a standard for the harmonious integration of form and function in architectural design.
