Corian from CASF Australia is a major design highlight at the beautiful Luxe Lodge, located at Campbells Pocket north of Brisbane. Designed as an exclusive family retreat with all the trappings of a 7 star luxury hotel, the project was a big winner at the Queensland HIA Bathroom and Kitchen Awards.

A standout feature of this award-winning project is the extensive use of Corian surfaces across the house. Designer Mark Gacesa of Ultraspace mixed many natural look finishes such as Corian, honed slab marble, rock cladding, Hosowari cladding, dull brass and aged bronze with glamorous finishes such as antiqued Tuscan amber mirror.

Corian colours used in the Luxe Lodge included Lava Rock, Deep Night Sky, Glacier White and Glacier Ice. The silky seamless finish of Corian Lava Rock and Deep Night Sky blended perfectly into the mix and allowed the desired design outcomes to be achieved.

Glacier White was finished with Axolotl patina-ed Bronze as custom thermoformed handles throughout the house.

Corian surfaces feature in basins, bath surrounds, drawer fronts, handles, integrated sinks, shower walls, splashbacks, and vanity tops among others. Minka Joinery was responsible for the fabrication.
