Platinum Business Park is a mixed industrial and commercial complex featuring 20 two level and single level strata-titled units in Alexandria, Sydney.
The architect, Tom Vanovac, was keen to use a material that was lightweight and versatile, yet had significant load-bearing and fire resistant properties. The Hebel panels were pre-cast and pre-cut to size allowing for rapid on-site assembly, which meant cost-savings in many areas.
