HPM Industries has just announced the acquisition of IMO Controls International, a well-established distributor of high quality electrical products and accessories to the OEM and wholesale industry.
IMO’s product range includes circuit breakers, residual current devices, relays, contactors, test and measurement instruments, PLCs, metal and plastic enclosures, temperature sensors, digital timers and optical sensors.
IMO will operate as an independent business unit under the direction and control of new general manager, Iain Hamilton. Previously general manager Utilux Power Division, Hamilton has extensive experience in the electrical OEM and wholesale markets.
With the backing and support of HPM, which is a leading Australian manufacturer and distributor of electrical products and accessories, IMO plans to actively develop and expand its product range and business within the Australasian market.
