SPACE AND LEVEL FOUR FINISH
James Hardie Systems custom manufacture Ritek® XL Wall® and Ritek XL Thermal Wall® which is thinner than traditional block and brick, an advantage on tight construction sites. The sanded surface is ready for direct setting by your finishing trades to a level four finish, this removes the cost and time to batten out and plaster line internal walls. Installed and un-battened Ritek® XL Wall® also creates an opportunity for additional floor space with the same building footprint.
COMFORT
Ritek XL Thermal Wall® incorporates in-situ insulation allowing for a high thermal rating of up to R-value 4.8. STRONG
Ritek® can be used as columns, blade and shear walls, stair and lift shafts. Ritek XL Wall® has an impact resistant durable fibre cement surface - perfect for high traffic areas with high occupancy and activity levels; for example, multi-residential, social housing, hotels and aged care.
ACCESS
To minimise traffic disruption in high traffic areas wall panels can be delivered on small trucks and lifted into place using a Manitou or small crane. Ritek XL wall® minimises reliance on cranes compared to pre-cast concrete. Panels are custom manufactured for your build, ready to install for rapid concrete pour.
