JEC Air Conditioning Services is offering Sydney builders, architects and other commercial customers the chance to view a fully operational Mitsubishi Electric City Multi air conditioning system at its refurbished showroom at Seven Hills, with a clear perspex box covering a cut-away section of the unit’s workings.
Powerful and versatile, the City Multi is said to be perfect for offices, apartment blocks, shopping centres and other large capacity areas. It reduces installation costs with the only two pipe system available, suits even multi-storey buildings with concrete slab floors and can incorporate a selection of different air conditioning models, all linked to the one outside unit. Split, console, ducted and cassette systems can all be combined by City Multi.
Other features of the system include: simultaneous cooling and heating; management of up to 32 indoor units in a single refrigerant cycle, energy savings of up to 15-20 percent as the City Multi distributes surplus heat from cooling operations to rooms where it is needed; automatic switch of operating mode so that the room temperature stays constant; the inverter-driven outdoor compressor units provide very low start currents and energy efficient operation and indoor unit control can range from individual control to the latest remote internet browser using the new Genius control system.
