The $160-million Tower 8 project is the third office building constructed by Baulderstone in the evolving City Central Precinct in Adelaide's central business district. Completed in September 2012, Tower 8 is a 17-level, 36,500-square-metre commercial development built to house the Australian Tax Office and Australia Post among other tenants along with associated car parking and ground level retail businesses.

Located on the North Eastern corner of Franklin and Bentham Streets, Tower 8 acts as a southern gateway to the City Central Precinct and is a landmark building in the CBD. Tower 8’s design continues the benchmark standards set by Baulderstone in ANZ House on Waymouth Street, and the Ernst and Young Building on King William Street.

With this building being a showpiece in a series of master planned developments, the architects and builders were insistent on quality and premium finishes when it came to selecting an aluminium partition suite, acoustic doors and the washroom partition system.

Korporate aluminium partitions, Acoulite acoustic doors and Imaj toilet cubicles from Studform were specified for the high profile Tower 8 project.
