A speaker event that facilitates conversation among women in the creative industry kicks off in Sydney on 9 February.
Change is one in a series of speaker events to be hosted by the Perspectives organisation in 2017, and follows a successful 2016 calendar which saw discussions led by industry figures like Mel Bright of Make Architecture, Justine Clarke of Parlour and Hannah Tribe of Tribe Studio Architects.
The next conversation will be held at Darlinghurst Theatre Company on 9 February and will be lead by the founders of Aileen Sage Architects Isabelle Toland and Amelia Holliday who will be joined by senior designer Bianca Pineda of Aspect Studios, and art curators Barbara Flynn, Aarna Fitzgerald Hanley and Katrina Dunn-Jones.
The series aims to enable conversations amongst creative industry peers by drawing together people, posing themes and inviting the women involved in the creative industries to share their perspectives.
Its ultimate hope is that these speaker events will inspire and empower people to pursue their individual journeys to the realisation of fulfilling careers.
