An initiative to 'Renew Newcastle' is aiming to turn empty spaces in the Newcastle CBD into temporary creative art areas.
There are two to six properties available for creative enterprise and community activities with applications closing on 22 January.
"Renew Newcastle aims to find artists, cultural projects and community groups to use and maintain these buildings until they become commercially viable or are redeveloped."
