Broad has recently won two Master Builders Association awards for their involvement in the South East Queensland Public Private Partnership (PPP) with the Queensland Government, known as the Aspire Schools Consortium.
Murrumba Downs Secondary School was presented with a 2012 Brisbane region Master Builders Association Housing and Construction award for Health and Education Facilities over $20 million.
Brightwater State School was presented with a Master Builders Association Queensland Sunshine Coast Housing and Construction Award for Excellence in Sustainable Building.

In Western Australia, Broad employee Shane Young received a Professional Excellence award from the Western Australia Institute of Building (AIB) with a High Commendation going to colleague Siljan Stojkovski, both are senior project managers for Broad’s building operation in Western Australia.
Young received his award for his work on the Alluvion project in Perth which fell into the Commercial Construction $100 million plus category. Young's colleague Stojkovski received a High Commendation for the Commercial Construction $50 million to $100 million category for the Fast Track Prisoners Accommodation project.
