Home builder Metricon opened their first display homes in South Australia over the weekend.
The company unveiled a new home design created exclusively for the South Australian market, as they opened their St Clair display home.
The Salamanca 37 is a two storey, four bedroom home with three living areas, which fits comfortably on a 12.5 metre wide lot.
Metricon's general manager in South Australia, Richard Bryant, says "we're excited to be showcasing our homes in the South Australian market for the first time, and the energetic and cosmopolitan avenues of St Clair are the perfect place to showcase our new design and innovative display home.
