The brief is to design a world-leading research and teaching building providing the most advanced equipment and research environment for nanoscience in Australia.
Ross Styles, director at Architectus Sydney, said: “We are delighted to have been appointed for this interesting and technically challenging project. It reaffirms our commitment to the design of quality Tertiary education facilities.
“We look forward to working with Jestico + Whiles, CH2M Hill and the University to produce a new facility that will be a world-leading research centre for nanoscience and pleasant environment to work in.”
This success for Architectus Sydney follows recent wins including new student accommodation at the University of Newcastle, Gold Coast Rapid Transit with GoldLinQ and a new major mixed-use development in Wuhan, China.
