Four members of the Plus Architecture team have been recognised for their expertise and leadership by being appointed to the Property Council of Australia (PCA) Committees for the 2025/26 term.

This honour underscores their contributions to the industry and highlights the growing influence of Plus Architecture in shaping the future of property and development across Australia.

Each appointee will serve on a committee dedicated to addressing critical issues within the property sector. Their appointments are as follows:

  • Patric Przeradzki: Serving on the WA Residential Committee, he will contribute his insights to the evolving residential property landscape in Western Australia.
  • Areej Hashmi-Weyman: Joining the SA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, Hashmi-Weyman will advocate for initiatives that promote inclusivity and equity within South Australia's property sector.
  • Nigel Mak: Appointed to the VIC Sustainability Committee, Mak will focus on advancing sustainability practices within Victoria’s property developments.
  • Georgina Kemp: A key voice in Tasmania, she has been appointed to multiple committees. She will contribute to the TAS Future Directions and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and the TAS Public Policy and Residential Committee, where her dual expertise will shape the state’s future-oriented and inclusive policies.

The PCA Committees are pivotal in driving innovation, addressing challenges, and influencing policy across Australia’s property industry. The inclusion of Plus Architecture team members reflects their dedication to industry advancement and their alignment with the PCA's strategic goals.
