The Australian Stone Advisory Association Architectural Stone Awards were presented during designEX 2014 by David West of International Conservation Services and architect Stephen Varady of Stephen Varady Architecture.
With criteria established by ASAA and the Australian Institute of Architects to reward commercial and residential projects that exhibit ‘good design values’ and ‘appropriate use’ of materials, the awards acknowledge the use of imported stone and Australian natural stone, and are presented to the project architect or sculptor, and the stone supplier.
The ASAA Awards were sponsored by Stone Initiatives.
