Australia’s largest comparison site, Canstar Blue, recently concluded their annual consumer research for the category of Hot Water Systems.
After surveying over 6,000 respondents, they awarded Dux the 2022 Award for Most Satisfied Customers! Dux beat out all other major brands and also received top marks of 5 stars for Performance, Value for Money, Ease of Use and Design.
Our winning streak continued when we also picked up accolades from ProductReview.com.au, with award wins across our Prodigy 4 Gas Storage, Proflo Electric Storage and Always Hot Continuous Flow Water Heaters. This makes multiple year award wins for our Prodigy 4 (2022, 2023) and Always Hot (2020, 2021, 2023) models.
These awards come directly from the feedback received from hundreds of Dux customers using our products.
These awards support finder.com.au, who last year independently selected Dux electric gas storage and continuous flow as the best water heaters in Australia.
