F.E.W Waterproofing offers expertise in the repair of concrete floors with a range of fast-setting repair products that are waterproof, UV-resistant, and often trafficable in one hour.
Factory and warehouse concrete floors degrade over time as a result of heavy vehicular traffic, loaded forklifts, industrial wear and tear, and pollution. Concrete slab movement in the substrate can result in OH&S issues such as trip hazards on the floor surface. Substrate movement may also cause concrete spalling, especially if the floor has been in contact with water or a damp atmosphere over a period of time.
The F.E.W Waterproofing team can repair concrete floors using concrete repair products that also provide excellent substrate adhesion. Formulated from polymer resin and mixed with a clean dry aggregate, these products allow repairs to set significantly harder than concrete itself, reaching strengths greater than 70Mpa. The repair products are tough enough to withstand constant traffic from heavy forklifts and vehicles, and also sufficiently flexible to absorb the continuous cyclic expansion and contraction occurring in concrete.
F.E.W Waterproofing’s experts use a floor grinder with diamond tools to quickly loosen old floor coatings such as paint, epoxy or carpet glue, creating a perfect base to begin the structural repairs. The repair products can be feather edged and used in deep holes without compromising strength or breaking apart even under tough conditions.
F.E.W Waterproofing offers concrete repairs for pot holes, broken concrete, bridge, deck, or slab damage, driveways and sidewalks, and non-skid coating for floors.
