Feast Watson has introduced six new pastel colours to its Liming White range with pastels expected to continue their domination over the global design landscape beyond 2015.
Pastel shades continue to trend in design from fashion through to interiors. Feast Watson leads this season’s pastel takeover with its new additions comprising of a mix of gentle muted pastels and soft neutrals to reflect the latest in international design trends.
The six new pastels add to the five shades of grey introduced into the range earlier this year, offering interior designers a broad palette of colours ready to mix and match for a harmonised look.
Feast Watson Brand Manager James Fisher explains that pastels are set to make a welcome return to Australian interiors, especially on standalone furniture and feature items. He recommends using pastel shades when revamping pieces of feature furniture or giving hardwood floors a new lease on life.
Fisher also advises that pastels are a great way to experiment with colour in home design as they are soft and easy on the eye and complement existing neutral base colours very well.
The subtle yet striking accents of Feast Watson’s new pastel colours are inspired by nature, and very much on-trend, making it easy for homeowners and renovators to achieve this season’s pastel look.
The new pastel collection includes Velvet Pistachio, Lavender Field, Skye, Smooth Coral, Natural Buttercup and Macaroon Dream. Tints can be added in-store to Feast Watson Stain & Varnish Liming White or Feast Watson Liming White Floor Finish.
