Master Builders Association of NSW has partnered with TAFE NSW to offer a short subsidised course in Contract Management and Administration. Enrol in this course to take the first step to your builder’s licence.
Learn how to effectively prepare, administer and manage your building contracts, and gain the skills you need to lock in your building projects.
To take place at the Master Builders Education Centre, Norwest, this course includes the following four units of competency, which are part of the nationally recognised qualification CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building):
- CPCCBC4003A Select and prepare a construction contract
- CPCCBC4007A Plan building or construction work
- CPCCBC4008B Conduct on-site supervision of building and construction projects
- CPCCBC4024A Resolve business disputes
