Miele Australia supplied and installed a range of appliances at the new Spring Cove residential development in Sydney.
Part of the historic Archbishop’s Residence Garden Estate in the late 1800s, and one of the last parcels of untouched and much sought after harbour-front land in Manly, the seven-acre pristine shoreline property is home to 38 stunning Spring Cove residences. The homes, apartments and townhouses offer generous views across the water with residents having access to secluded beaches, the natural bushland and the neighbouring national park.
A perfect example of nature seamlessly integrated with architecture, Spring Cove is a retreat from the busy city life, yet affording quick access to the business heart of Sydney.
A project by Denwol Group and Oakstand Property, Spring Cove consists of 17 houses, 16 two-and three-bedroom apartments and 5 two-storey townhouses, all with open-ended architecture and breath-taking views from every aspect. The project has inputs from some of Australia’s finest environmental and landscape planners, architects and designers.
The Miele Specialist Project Team was tasked with the integration of Miele appliances into each residence to reflect the beauty, functionality and advanced design of the Spring Cove development.
The Miele team created an interior appliance aesthetic that is matched only by the beauty of the location.
