Now available from Multilift Commercial in a range of configurations, motor roomless elevators are the most common type of standard passenger elevator used in small to low rise installations.
A control cabinet is incorporated in the design of these elevators, usually next to the top floor landing door. This ensures there is no need to build a separate motor room above the lift shaft, reducing installation and maintenance costs.
A variety of motor roomless elevators are supplied by Multilift Commercial, incorporating varying passenger capacities and speed requirements.
A standalone motor roomless elevator is also available, which is contained in its own lift shaft, and can be placed inside or outside a building.
