Nolan Group provided a tailored carpet solution to meet the specific requirements of the design brief for the Singapore Airlines Business Lounge at Canberra International Airport.
The brief from the client sought a plush finish carpet durable enough to perform in a high traffic area such as a luxury airport lounge while ensuring comfort for travellers.
Nolan Group developed a new carpet tile with their partner TOLI, customising the Katto GA680 carpet tile to 12.5mm pile height against a standard pile height of 9mm. The pile weight was 50.2oz against the standard pile weight of 29.5oz.
