The xLocker2 system, a refined, modular storage system from Planex was evaluated for sound absorbing benefits, with the tests delivering positive results.
Planex conducted the tests at the Reverberation Room of the Infrastructure Technologies Acoustic Testing Laboratory of the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO).
The tests assessed the sound absorbing qualities of perforated steel locker doors with Acupanel backing. The results demonstrated significant impact in ambient noise reduction across different perforation patterns.
