The mechanically polished high gloss concrete spread across 4226m² of flooring at Woolworths and Dan Murphy’s for Burwood Brickworks saw some fantastic results.

Pro Grind installed their proprietary mechanical polished concrete system, which resulted in only a 3% VOC content from start to finish in the process.
This is a 50% reduction on what is permissible for the products allowed for the type of finish under this code.
The project helped Burwood Brickworks achieve a 6-Star Green Star Design and As-Built rating as well as full certification (7 petals) under the Living Building Challenge (LBC) accreditation.
