This coastal residential property was in need of shading from the hot eastern and western sun. Sunlite 180mm elliptical louvre blades were installed to the residence for facade shading.
The louvre panels are manufactured by Sunlite themselves and they provide shade for both the eastern and western sides of the house. They reduce solar absorption and the need for air-conditioning. They allow for continuous air flow and add to the property value.
