Local Warrandyte resident, Jenny Anderson, has won her second consecutive state customer service award for retail excellence at 2006 Swimming Pool and Spa Association (SPASA) Awards of Excellence, held on 26 August at Federation Square.
Jenny Anderson was honoured with the Customer Service Award for developing and implementing impressive and highly effective customer support initiatives at The Endless Swimming Spa, the business she owns and runs with her husband, Warren Anderson, and two of their three children, Joel and Rachel.
This includes running education seminars on spa bath and spa pool ownership, coordinating free spa chemical workshops and implementing an E-club membership that offers customers assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
“I am thrilled to have been recognised for customer service efforts, however we will all continue to keep striving to match and better the service offered to new spa bath and spa pool customers,” says Jenny Anderson. “While good customer service doesn’t stop improving or moving forward, this award has given us confidence that we are on the right track with our approach.”
Jenny Anderson credits other key elements to her customer service success as listening to customers and addressing their issues quickly.
The Endless Swimming Spa, which distributes spa baths and spa pools nationally, has its headquarters in Ringwood. It features a dedicated service department led by Jenny Anderson which includes two customer service officers, a service manager and a technician.
The Victorian SPASA Awards of Excellence are considered to be the pinnacle of the swimming pool industry, estimated in Victoria to be valued at $600 million and directly and indirectly employing around 10,000 people.
Jenny Anderson’s company, The Endless Swimming Spa, also won the Best Retail Spa Outlet award, for the fourth consecutive year.
