Mission and initial concept
Reece Civil Carole Park engaged Weldlok to develop a multipart access system tailored to the operational needs of Coca-Cola.
The main focus of the project was to design a sturdy, loadbearing removable UB beam that would provide support to a custom-manufactured pump hatch. This hatch had to include an infill-style cover and a Class-D grate, primarily to accommodate large pumps.
Design and costing
