In a growing reflection of being The Experts in Air, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air-Conditioners Australia (MHIAA) has been awarded the Best Rated Air Conditioner Brand in the 2023 Finder Retail Awards for the third year in a row.

The Finder Customer Satisfaction Retail Awards are an independent awards program that recognises Australia’s favourite brands across over 100 diverse categories. As part of the process, Finder and their survey partner, Dynata survey thousands of Australians to understand how they feel about their recent product purchases, utilising this information to reward the most popular brands.
Finder is considered Australia’s leading consumer comparison site and is dedicated to helping Australians make informed decisions about their purchases. Trusted by consumers, they have helped Australian customers make over 24 million purchasing decisions with their independent analysis, helpful guides, reviews, and product comparisons. As part of their independent review, customers were asked about a range of products they purchased in the last 3 months to 3 years, and their level of satisfaction across sentient pillars including Features and Functions, Heating and Cooling Performance, Quietness, and Value for Money.
In the 2023 review, MHIAA outperformed all other brands with an overall recommendation rating of 98%. Along with this, MHIAA received the highest rating of 4.7 out of 5 for performance and 4.6 out of 5 for the categories of Ease of Use, Product Features and Value for Money. These combined results led to MHIAA receiving an overall rating of 4.6 out of 5 for the review to be named the Finder Award Winner for 2023.
