Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air-Conditioners Australia Pty. Ltd. (MHIAA) won the coveted Canstar Blue 2023 Most Satisfied Customer Award for the fifth year in a row.
Competing against eight of the country’s most prominent air conditioning brands and scored by consumers across six categories, MHIAA continues to rank top of class as the best-rated air conditioner brand in Australia. The brand scored five-star ratings across key categories including overall satisfaction, performance and reliability, ease-of-use, value for money as well as functionality and features.
Some common features across Mitsubishi Heavy Industries’ split systems include multiple timers for convenience, automatic mode for precise temperature control and MHI’s ‘Clean Air Technology’, which works to capture and neutralise allergens, odours, bacteria, viruses, and mould. Wi-Fi connectivity is also available via an optional Wi-Fi adaptor.
The Avanti PLUS series includes features such as an energy-saving motion sensor and eco mode as well as LED brightness adjustment. The 2.0kW and 2.5kW models boast industry-leading energy ratings, making them perfect for smaller spaces such as bedrooms and home offices.
For larger spaces such as living areas, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries’ Bronte series offers an industry-leading airflow as well as all the usual handy features and functions. For multiple rooms or an entire house, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries also offers multi-split systems, which range from 4.0kW up to 10kW, and ducted systems that offer up to a whopping 28kW and deliver air to multiple spaces via air ducting and grilles.
This achievement puts MHIAA in the top 15 percentile of multi-year award-winners with five consecutive wins across the Air Conditioning category.
“We are honoured to retain our award status in a highly competitive marketplace. It is testament to our consistent pursuit for excellence, quality and innovation,” says managing director for MHIAA, Yuji Ito.
