The Australian Trellis Door Company (ATDC) has installed its sliding folding doors to secure a new store for well-known sports retailer Just Sport at North Rocks near Sydney.

Product design specifications

Two natural anodised sliding folding doors were installed at this tenancy, and comprised of extruded aluminium sections whilst the infill curtain was a clear and transparent polycarbonate infill, which optimises through vision, thereby maximising the display of retail merchandise.

A number of up/down locking mechanisms on these doors allow for seamless security, alleviating the need for any floor track or unwieldy removable mullions. In addition, two egress handles were supplied for emergency keyless egress. ATDC can also manufacture full emergency breakout doors where required for BCA compliance.

The project managers for this new build were SLK Carpentry and Building Services Pty Ltd.
