Drawing inspiration from the natural world, the building’s plant-like facade is an imaginative representation of the project’s fundamental commitment to sustainability. The architectural form, influenced by an algorithm mimicking plant growing towards sunlight, exemplifies the project's holistic approach to minimising environmental impact through every facet of design.
In fact, One One One Eagle Street was the first amongst the elite group of GPT Group premium office buildings to achieve the prestigious Carbon Neutral Building Certification under the combined NABERS and Climate Active pathway, and in alignment with the international Greenhouse Gas Protocol. This remarkable accomplishment is a direct result of its meticulous design, which prioritises energy and water efficiency, ensuring long-term cost savings and a reduced environmental footprint.
SAS International: Elevating sustainability and design
Integral to the project's success is the integration of SAS International's high-performing SAS750 Vertiline System, a visually impactful, premium linear ceiling product offering full access and service integration.
