Easterly, the city’s premier boutique coastal high-rise will soon begin to take shape as developer Level 33 realises its vision of redefining Wollongong’s luxury market.

Designed by TURNER, the exclusive collection of 21 residences take luxury living to a new level, incorporating hospitality aspects to create a lifestyle of unparalleled refinement.
TURNER Managing Director Karl May says Easterly’s proximity to the city centre provides for a “lifestyle of convenience and high amenity” while remaining slightly removed from the bustle of the inner city.
“Easterly is quite private on the end of the city, so we’ve used that as the basis for creating a sanctuary for our residents that is connected to the coastal environment” he says.
“There’s a maximum of two apartments per level and only one on the higher levels which provides them with dual or even triple aspect views of the coastline, escarpment and surrounds. On the northern side there are sheltered terraces to allow indoor/outdoor living so people can immerse themselves in the environment and there are also landscaped communal terraces for entertaining guests and meeting neighbours.

“Most importantly, as well as our resume of high-end residential properties, we work on a range of retail, workplace and hospitality projects that we use these to inform our residences, bringing a hospitality approach to the way residents experience their apartments.”
All apartments feature bespoke detailing throughout, with premium Gaggenau appliances, stone fireplaces, expansive glazing and beautiful living spaces to capture spectacular water views and ocean breezes. Meanwhile, the design subtly references the nearby Flagstaff Point lighthouse, with Easterly acting as a new beacon of light for Wollongong.
The development includes a double-height retail podium that provides amenity for the residents above, while also contributing to the local community’s economic vitality.
Easterly is located on Crown Street, directly opposite the iconic WIN Stadium and Entertainment Centre, and strategically positioned at the heart of Wollongong.
Level 33 Director Eddy Haddad says interest in Easterly is strong with the first release sold out.
“Easterly is a testament to our vision of creating world-class residences that elevate the standard of living in Wollongong,” he says. “
The enthusiastic market response reflects the demand for this level of design and craftsmanship. We’re excited to see Easterly take shape and become an iconic addition to the coastal landscape.”
Easterly will include a ground-level boutique retail and alfresco dining precinct and provides a walkable lifestyle to beaches and city amenities.
