The design of a residential development for the Gold Coast draws inspiration from its coastal surrounds.

Designed by Plus Architecture, One Palm Beach’s façade features a subtle wave pattern on the glass balustrades that wrap the building at each level. This pattern is further accentuated in the building’s external screening.

Continuing its connection to the coastal context, the building’s ground floor welcomes residents and guests with contextually appropriate landscaping and an entry arbour. This is furthered by an integrated green wall in the foyer, and a plant-filled outdoor lounge.

The development will have 17 residences with only two apartments per floor. A full floor, 466sqm penthouse sits on the top floor and boasts 360 degree views.

Inside, the apartments are equipped with full height operable glass doors, high ceilings and expansive glazing.

As well as addressing its surrounds, One Palm Beach also addresses sustainability with its linear floor plans that offer natural light and ventilation to each living space and bedroom. This is combined with the development’s solar and energy storage technology.

The apartments are positioned in the heart of Palm Beach, and are cradled between Tallebudgera Creek to the north and Currumbin Creek to the south. One Palm Beach has direct access to the beach, a beachfront yoga deck, and a private pool.
