Recipients of the 2014 LEAF Awards have been announced, with One Central Park in Sydney, Australia by Ateliers Jean Nouvel + PTW Architects being named the Best Sustainable Development of the Year and Overall Winner.

Every year, the LEAF International highlights projects that are perceived as setting the benchmark for the international architecture and design community.

The awards span over 13 categories, with winners chosen from a shortlist of entries by a panel of judges made up of key individuals drawn from various areas of the international architectural design and construction community.
