In light of the ongoing attention given to sustainability issues, the debate on the real costs of going green in the property industry has become crucial.

Niall McSweeney, group director of Page Kirkland Group, has extensive experience in the international property and construction consultancy industry.

Building on almost three decades of experience, Page Kirkland Group is a multi-disciplinary, integrated service provider in the property and construction market.

Its diversity covers the full spectrum of the international property and construction industry from project inception to completion including maintenance, life cycle costings and ultimately, disposal.

The group offers other services including the development and management of projects, costs and assets via a completely integrated methodology.

With a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from Trinity College, Dublin, McSweeney provides the strategic leadership to Page Kirkland Group’s business units globally.

His experiences include aspects of quantity surveying and construction, from feasibility analysis and budget estimation to cost planning, contract documentation and contract administration, built upon a practical experience of construction in Europe.
