Leading Australian property developer and builder, Urban Property Group has announced the Development Application (DA) for its new multi-stage residential project in Edmonson Park has been approved.
Leading Australian property developer and builder, Urban Property Group has announced the Development Application (DA) for its new multi-stage residential project in Edmonson Park has been approved.
The project will deliver 178 high quality townhouses across three strategically designed sites, enhancing housing options in the rapidly growing South West Sydney corridor. Once completed, the total value of the site is estimated to be around ~$215 million.
The 31,170sqm project will comprise of 73 three-bedroom and 105 four-bedroom townhouses across three sites. Designed by COX Architecture, Urban will deliver exceptional residential quality and amenities.
Located on Buchan Ave, Edmonson Park, each site will also feature thoughtfully curated landscaping and modern architectural design, offering a seamless blend of functionality, comfort, and visual appeal.

Positioned close to Edmondson Park train station, schools, shopping precincts, and green spaces, this project provides a lifestyle of convenience and connectivity, addressing the demand for housing in one of the Sydney’s most sought-after regions.
Urban has two other projects awaiting DA approval in Edmonson Park, which include a mix of apartments, terraces and ground floor retail offerings, aligning with Urban’s other transport orientated developments in Penrith, Macquarie Park and Paramatta.
Construction is set to commence in Q1 2025 with completion of all stages is anticipated by Q3 2026.
