Woods Bagot’s Qatar Science and Technology Park has won the LEAF award for International Building of the Year as well as the prestigious overall 2009 LEAF award.

Part of Qatar Foundation’s Education City, the aesthetically striking QSTP hosts technology centres of some of the world’s leading companies.

Peter Miglis, design director for Woods Bagot Australia, said: “QSTP is a place that is intrinsically shaped and crafted through the unique culture of Qatar and an understanding of the realities of the environmental context. QSTP exceeds Qatar’s aspirations of combining knowledge and research in a global arena.”
