New Restaurant ‘KONG BBQ’ located in Church Street Richmond Victoria by Domain builders is an exemplar of the innovations in contemporary signage for shop fitting.

Sign Industries were commissioned to custom manufacture signs for the entire fitout of the popular restaurant that is now serving up Japanese and Korean Fusion seven days a week.

Their response is a neat combination of aluminium and acrylic boxes that are fitted with Cool White LED lighting and coated in 2pac for an enduring finish.

An illuminated main building sign lights up the entrance, while internal comic boxes, a ceiling suspended sign, toilet and statutory signage accessorise the shop’s interior.

The highlight for the fitout however must go to the 3D vacuum formed panda head light box which greets visitors as they enter the restaurant.

All signage was manufactured in three weeks and installed in two days, ensuring a very happy client.

“The main external sign came up perfect and really stands out on from the street level,” said the owner of KONG BBQ.

“I am very happy with the work and detail on the internal signage, especially the 3D Panda head feature.”
