A blue metal facade created with Arrow Metal’s perforated panels is the perfect treatment for Nepean Private Hospital’s new multimillion-dollar upgrade.

Arrow Metal manufactured a range of panels for the hospital’s entrance, parking and loading areas, creating a contemporary yet calming welcome to the new facility that provides healthcare services and quality care to people in the Blue Mountains and Greater Penrith.

Making a metal facade for Nepean Private Hospital

With new consulting suites, state-of-the-art operating theatres, day surgery centre, cafe, and foyer, the exterior of Nepean Private Hospital had to be as modern as the facilities, care, and medical innovations within.

Working with project contractors DW Building & Construction, we perforated 3mm aluminium sheets to uplift and highlight key areas of the building, as well as provide natural light and ventilation through clever 3D installation.

Each panel was precision punched and cut to create the angular, dynamic metal facade and backdrop for the hospital’s distinctive logo, with panels also fitted to the ceilings for a cohesive and stylish interior scheme.

The style of the panels is pattern 227 – a classic and timeless 4.8mm round design that matches the clean aesthetic of the hospital upgrade. All panels were finished in on-brand blue, ensuring easy-to-find focal and meeting points for patients, staff, and visitors.
