DMF installs additional high-speed roller doors for Sydney food company

DMF International recently supplied and installed seven Series RL3000 rapid roll doors at a major food manufacturing company in south western Sydney.

With around 12 high-speed roller doors already on the site, the client was keen to re-use DMF doors due to the product quality and fast servicing.

The doors are used to seal production areas and have some critical features, including stainless steel conduiting, ability to hold 15Pa of air pressure well, sophisticated interlocking between doors, and infrared motion sensing with directional control.

All of the doors were fitted onto PIR insulated panel walls, which are a common wall structure in food and pharma applications, and do not require additional framing to support the doors. Custom made to size and configured in our Sydney factory, the DMF doors continue the legacy of 55 years of business operation.
