Enviro Acoustics installs Envirospray 300 in City Central Tower 1

The Envirospray 300, from Enviro Acoustics , was chosen as the ideal chilled beam technology to provide an acoustic solution for City Central Tower 1, which is located within Adelaide’s CBD.

The Envirospray 300’s chilled beam technology offers a 5 Green Star Rating, which is the highest environmental rating accolade possible.

The Envirospray 300 acoustic coatings was used over 2700m2 of concrete soffit for over 20 levels of City Central Tower 1’s open plan offices. The acoustic coatings was applied with a nominal 40mm thickness in order to deliver an NRC 0.85.

Even after application, the Envirospray 300 is almost invisible when viewed through the perforated drop in metal tile ceiling. This feature allows the acoustic treatment to complement the City Central Tower’s architectural and acoustic specifications.
