Leading property group Frasers continues their partnership with Fleetwood Urban at The Waterfront Shell Cove development in NSW. Fleetwood has been engaged by Frasers to collaborate on the public domain furniture suite, creatively designed by Group GSA.

Fleetwood will be contributing to the project in terms of both materiality and constructability, with their scope encompassing the bespoke seating element on the foreshore as well as the balustrade treatment to the boardwalk and deck edge.

Fleetwood is bringing stainless steel and bulk hardwood sections together in a seamless design, producing these elements as a complete package from their workshop studio in Sydney. Fleetwood has been engaged by Frasers to provide the required high level finishes and bespoke designs.

The first stages of furniture are currently being rolled out with an expected installation onsite over the coming months.

Located on New South Wales’s southern coast, The Waterfront Shell Cove is a joint development of Frasers Property and Shellharbour City Council. Currently under construction, the precinct will offer waterfront living, world-class boating facilities, direct access to the Tasman Sea, and proximity to various tourist and lifestyle destinations.

Key features of the development include a boat harbour, town centre, marina facilities, commercial and residential spaces highlighted by the town plaza, and waterfront boardwalk.
