ForestOne acquires D&R Henderson

ForestOne announces the acquisition of D&R Henderson Pty Ltd.

Located in Benalla, Victoria, D&R Henderson manufactures raw particleboard, flooring and melamine laminated products. The Benalla site also has a sawmill, which produces sawn and dressed timber products. This development will combine the business operations, resources, and capabilities of ForestOne, D&R Henderson, and Monsbent.

For over 40 years, the Henderson family has built a successful, ideally located manufacturing and distribution business, which is highly esteemed in our industry. The primary manufacturing and distribution operations are located in Benalla, Victoria with sales and distribution across Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane.

The transaction will combine ForestOne’s national warehousing and distribution capability, with both local and international supply relationships, along with the production and manufacturing strengths and relationships of D&R Henderson and Monsbent.
