ISOBOARD, available from Australian Urethane & Styrene is a rigid, relatively high density, extruded polystyrene insulation board featuring a 100% closed cell structure.

Produced in a fully automated continuous extrusion process in accordance with international specifications and standards, ISOBOARD extruded polystyrene boards are manufactured using non CFC/ non HCFC - Zero Rating Ozone Depleting Potential blowing agent gases.

ISOBOARD thermal insulation boards of 100mm thickness come with an R factor of 3.33 m² K/W (based on an aged K factor of 0.030 W/m.K).

ISOBOARD delivers several benefits in commercial, industrial and domestic construction applications with its excellent thermal insulation; cost-effectiveness from low installed cost; lightweight construction for easy handling and installation on site; excellent heat ageing resistance and resistance to bacteria and micro-organism growth; and good resistance to water vapour diffusion and water absorption under recommended application conditions.

ISOBOARD thermal insulation boards are supplied in sheets measuring 2500mm long x 600mm wide in a range of set thicknesses. It is available as square edge sheets or with a tongue and groove joint system.
