Outside Products designs 10 custom shelters for Gold Coast Holiday Park

Outside Products was recently engaged by Gold Coast Holiday Park, located opposite Movie World in Helensvale to design and manufacture 10 custom shelters as part of a major upgrade.

Outside Products was provided with a 2D CAD file of the landscape plan as well as a written description of the overall aesthetic for the pool area.

Shelters are designed by Outside Products’ in-house 3D CAD drafting team using 3D CAD software, enabling the finished product to be visualised before production.

A 3D model is provided to the client to view the products using the free E-Drawings viewing software so that even the smallest details of the structures can be seen prior to fabrication, allowing for more accurate and streamlined production. The 3D model is then imported into 3D Studio Max.

Outside Products was able to design, engineer and fabricate all 10 custom structures in only six weeks to achieve a highly challenging timeline.
