Peel Away products were specified for the restoration of the Royal Exhibition Building in Melbourne.

A World Heritage Site-listed structure located at 9 Nicholson Street in Carlton Gardens, at the north-eastern edge of the CBD, the Royal Exhibition Building was completed in 1880. This historic landmark is undergoing extensive restoration through a $20-million dollar Australian Government funded project.

Some of the works include paint removal from surfaces covering thousands of square metres. Peel Away 1 and 8 have been specified, tested and approved for use on this heritage building.

The restoration is expected to be completed by 2020.
