The Byron Bay Wildlife Sanctuary has a powerful mission: to inspire communities to live harmoniously with wildlife. Through immersive experiences, education, and conservation, they cultivate a deep connection between people and nature. When the opportunity arose to support the revitalisation of their Dirawong Conference Room, we were thrilled to contribute to their vision.

For the feature wall of the Dirawong Conference Room, the Sanctuary selected Porta Contours® in Tasmanian Oak — a product that perfectly blends sustainability, functionality, and aesthetics.

The Porta Contours® range is known for its versatile design profiles, providing an architectural finish that brings warmth, texture, and a modern touch to any space. Specifically for this project, the ‘Ripple’ profile was used to add subtle depth and movement to the wall, evoking the natural patterns found in the Australian landscape.
