Australian blinds and window coverings manufacturer Vertilux began operations in 1977. Their blinds are designed and manufactured in Melbourne, Victoria from local and international materials. Vertilux employs over 100 people.

With pioneering designs such as the Spring Assist system patented in 1998, the Multilink system launched in 2005, and the fully enclosed Kassett system released in 2006, Vertilux continues to create the most heat and light insulating blinds on the market.
